Internal Engagements

  • Our 6-week virtual bootcamp helped participants enhance career skills while boosting executive function skills. We covered key topics like resume writing, cover letter creation, networking, job search strategies, and interview techniques. The program also focused on time management, planning, and organization, providing practical tools to help participants succeed in their career journey.

  • Our Executive Function Summer Workshop supported high school and college students build essential skills like time management, organization, planning, task initiation, and motivation. Each session was designed to equip students with the tools needed for academic and personal success.

External Engagements

 
 

  • C&C Empowerment Coaching led a presentation on "Time Management, Task Prioritization, and Using Strengths for Personal Development". Individualized 1:1 coaching sessions were provided to program directors throughout the year to help them apply the strategies to their own unique challenges and goals, reinforcing the content and supporting ongoing professional growth.

  • We had the pleasure of presenting to local neuropsychologists and therapists about the impact of Executive Function Coaching in supporting motivation, time management, task chunking, and personalized systems for success. Our presentation covered the C&C Coaching Process, key strategies, and the benefits of Executive Function Coaching for clients. Attendees received valuable resources, including strategy documents and client examples, to better understand how coaching fosters independence and confidence.
