2. Goal Setting
Develop SMART goals and an action plan to pursue goals
Identify and overcome obstacles to achieving goals
3. Skill-Building
Utilize individualized Strengths to pursue action steps and overcome challenges:
Develop a personalized Strategy Bank to support Executive Function Skills and leave each session with defined action steps
AND/OR
Develop tailored strategies to support Career Development
4. Execution
Implement learned skills and action steps to pursue goals
Utilize Coach check-ins for accountability, encouragement, and support as you strengthen your skills outside of sessions
Develop independence, confidence, and goal-directed persistence
5. Reflection
Reflect on your initial goals and growth - Celebrate your progress!
Understand your strengths and challenges to determine any goal tweaking
Revisit your Strengths and cultivate a growth mindset!
