5-Step Process

  1. Discovery

  • Build connection, partnership, and trust

  • Identify your strengths through a Strengths Coaching Session

  • Self-Assessments

    • Explore Executive Function Skills to build upon through Executive Function Skills Assessment, Barriers to Getting Started Self-Assessment, and Systems Exploration

      And/Or

    • Determine career needs and competency development through Career Coaching Assessment, Personality Assessment and Interest Assessment

2. Goal Setting

  • Develop SMART goals and an action plan to pursue goals

  • Identify and overcome obstacles to achieving goals

3. Skill-Building

  • Utilize individualized Strengths to pursue action steps and overcome challenges:

    • Develop a personalized Strategy Bank to support Executive Function Skills and leave each session with defined action steps

      AND/OR

    • Develop tailored strategies to support Career Development

4. Execution 

  • Implement learned skills and action steps to pursue goals

  • Utilize Coach check-ins for accountability, encouragement, and support as you strengthen your skills outside of sessions

  • Develop independence, confidence, and goal-directed persistence

5. Reflection

  • Reflect on your initial goals and growth - Celebrate your progress!

  • Understand your strengths and challenges to determine any goal tweaking

  • Revisit your Strengths and cultivate a growth mindset!
