Clare Feiner, M.S.
Career Coach & Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach
Clare is a Career Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Certified ADHD Career Strategist and Certified Professional Resume Writer who empowers her clients to make their best career move. Clare’s background includes 10+ years of coaching students and adults of all ages in career development, as well as experience in corporate recruiting.
Clare combines a strengths-based coaching approach with the C&C Empowerment Coaching model, tailoring each session to her clients' specific needs. Her comprehensive career guidance offers practical strategies for success in areas such as exploring career options, job searching and fostering career growth.
Her education includes an M.S. in Applied Psychology, with a focus on Counseling, and a BS in Business Administration. She is a member of the Career Counselors’ Consortium as well as the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches where she attends training and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest employment trends.
In her free time, Clare loves going to the beach with her husband and two children, cooking and baking, and anytime she gets to be creative.
Carly Harary, M.Ed
Executive Function Coach
Carly is a certified Executive Function Coach, trained through the Executive Function Coaching Academy and JST Coaching & Training’s ICF-accredited program, Empowering People with ADHD Through Coaching. Carly is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest community of professionally trained coaches, as well as CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), a leading organization supporting individuals with ADHD. She holds an M.Ed. in Education for Students with and without Disabilities from Lesley University and a B.A. from George Washington University, bringing over a decade of experience in classroom instruction and one-on-one student support.
Committed to delivering the highest quality of professional coaching, Carly strives to empower individuals to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and unlock their full potential. Carly is dedicated to addressing each client’s unique needs, guiding them to success with a focus on building confidence, productivity, and independence. Using the C&C Empowerment Coaching model, she fosters an environment where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered as they strengthen their executive function skills.
Outside of coaching, Carly enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new ice cream flavors, and relaxing with her husband, two young children, and their dog, Marley.

Shannon Betts, M.Ed
C&C Executive Function Coach
Shannon holds an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Rivier University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With over nine years of experience in educational settings, Shannon has worked extensively both in classrooms and in one-on-one and group counseling sessions, providing holistic support to students and families alike. She brings her expertise as a certified mindfulness practitioner to her work, helping clients stay focused and present.
Shannon is passionate about tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs, using personal interests and intrinsic motivation to guide them toward success. She places a high value on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere in each session, working alongside her clients to develop the executive function skills they need to thrive academically and in life. Following the C&C Empowerment Coaching model, Shannon provides personalized support that empowers clients to build confidence and self-management skills.
Outside of coaching, Shannon enjoys reading, exploring New England’s best coffee shops, and spending time with her newborn son, identical twin daughters, and husband.
Alison Pike, M.Ed
C&C Executive Function Coach
Alison is a special education teacher who promotes success and independence in learners of all ages. She has a rich background in education and a passion for supporting students to overcome challenges in both academic and social-emotional domains.
Throughout her career as an educator, she has demonstrated a commitment to understanding and supporting students with diverse learning needs. Her dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment has earned her a reputation for making a meaningful difference in the lives of her students.
Alison uses the C&C Empowerment Coaching model to support clients as they build their Executive Function Skills and increase their independence. With a firm belief in the potential of every learner, Alison is a Coach who empowers students to unlock their full capabilities.
Her education includes two Master’s Degrees in Special Education, one with a concentration in School Counseling, as well as a B.A. in Liberal Arts with an Elementary Education concentration.
In her free time, Alison enjoys spending time at the lake or on the beach with her husband and two sons, taking walks with her Goldendoodle, and reading.
