Step 2

C&C's Onboarding process establishes a foundation for a successful Coaching journey.

Coaches will assess specific areas for executive function skill development and create an individual plan of service. We will pair you with an Executive Function Coach and formulate a tailored service plan.

Includes:

• 50 minute Guardian Session

• Review of all assessment documents: Evaluations, Reports, IEPs, 504s, etc

• Brief communication with Allied Professionals with your consent

• Coach matching process tailored to your unique needs and goals

Step 3

Executive Function Coaching will provide strategic guidance for enhancing your executive function skills, as you embark on your pursuit of goals, equipped with a well-defined roadmap of actionable steps. Coaching sessions will empower you to learn new skills and will foster increased self-confidence.

Includes:

• 50 minutes of 1:1 personalized Coaching tailored to Client’s needs

• Communication and check-ins on action items in between sessions with Client

• Up to 15 minutes of Client/ Guardian consult via text, email, or phone

What if instead of focusing on our weaknesses, we focused on our strengths? Strengths-based coaching helps you discover and learn about your unique strengths, identify your goals, and empower you to pursue your goals.

Gallup CliftonStrengths Session Includes:

• Access to take CliftonStrengths Assessment

• 50 minute Strengths Coaching Session with a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Executive Function Coach

• A tool to increase your confidence, self-esteem, motivation, and goal-directed persistence

• A customized visual of your unique strengths with action steps to reach your goals (C&C’s Strengths Map)
