My first session with Clare was so helpful! During our consultation meeting earlier this week (Wednesday), she squeezed me in her schedule for Friday in the same week to make sure I felt prepared before an interview I had. Before our meeting she asked me to send over the job description, my cover letter, and resume and she crafted practice questions for me and helped me think through the strategy behind answering them (especially for behavior questions).
